Speed smooth fabric is made of 82% polyester and 18% lycra, with an inner membrane in polyurethane. The inner membrane blocks wind and cold air outiside, while keeping the body warm and comfortable; since it is breathable, it lets moisture escape. The outer fabric glaides when in contact with other objects (gates, velcro`s, zippers, etc.) and therefore it doesn`t chafe; such quality makes the fabric more resistant and more durable.
